MACHINE USE & SAFETY: It is the Buyers responsibility to provide the proper safety equipment, devices and instructions for any particular use, operation or set up, and to adequately safeguard the machine, or machines, to conform to all Industry Standards as well as Federal, State and Local safety standards including OSHA.
INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend seller, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents from any and all claims, liabilities or lawsuits arising out of the use of, or in any way involving injury or accident occasioned by, said equipment.
